Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing professional relationships rooted in ethical practice.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to track treatment progress, discuss stability, and make discharge recommendations when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the psychological state and needs of new clients.

• Deliver a minimum of individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices in each interaction.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and support.

Qualifications\n
