Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. As a telehealth position, you will utilize digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring you have the requisite technical resources at hand to provide uninterrupted support to clients. There is no on-call work associated with this role, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly psychotherapy sessions through secure live video conferences with individual adult clients, focusing on their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and long-term improvement measures to tailor and fine-tune treatment plans dynamically based on client feedback.

• Document client interactions and progress in a timely and effective manner using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all treatment notes meet regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management and receive ongoing support and consultation from your peers.

Our clientele consists primarily of adults from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
