Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that consider the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient, ultimately guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of approaches, tailored specifically to the needs of individual patients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, addressing mental health concerns and promoting positive coping strategies, resilience, and overall well-being.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s mental health are addressed comprehensively.

• Offer proactive crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, exhibiting a calm and composed demeanor to assist those in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community resources to empower them in their health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and sharing knowledge to enhance cultural competencies across the organization.

• Stay current with ongoing research, best practices, and current trends in cultural considerations related to mental health therapy to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and a commitment to cultural competency in therapy.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed during high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build rapport with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and common computer applications.
\n
• A dedication to upholding professional boundaries, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
