Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  You must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to practice in Arizona.

  Proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
