Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your home while still benefiting from the collaborative environment of our outpatient facility. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for evening appointments on a rotating basis, ensuring flexibility for both staff and clients. You will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth resources and collaborative tools that enhance virtual patient engagement and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health and substance use histories, pinpointing co-occurring disorders to develop targeted treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively integrate evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional management techniques.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team members to ensure a cohesive treatment experience, sharing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive care.

• Monitor clients' substance use through regular assessments and employ motivational interviewing techniques to encourage sustained recovery efforts.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about the connection between mental health and substance use, promoting understanding and treatment adherence.
\n
• Maintain precise documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and referrals, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.

• Engage actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training sessions to expand professional knowledge regarding co-occurring disorders and integrated care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily includes individuals battling both mental health and substance use disorders. We aim to provide a nurturing and understanding environment conducive to healing, targeting a diverse population, including adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. As a licensed therapist, you will utilize your expertise to guide clients along their unique recovery paths, fostering resilience and promoting long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A thorough understanding of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings focusing on integrated care for co-occurring disorders.

• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Previous experience working in diverse clinical settings, providing therapy to a variety of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
