Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments for clients dealing with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, both remotely and in the community.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans that address client needs and promote comprehensive service access.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on specific treatment goals as identified in client care plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support and intervention for clients facing acute episodes.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately and timely, meeting compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
