Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with a diverse client population, using evidence-based practices to assess and address mental health issues.

• Maintaining detailed client records in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
\n
• Utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care and making referrals as appropriate for additional services.

• Actively participating in continuous education and training to remain current with best practices in mental health care and social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals aged 18 and older, particularly those facing serious illness and end-of-life issues at the hospice center. You will have the unique opportunity to support clients through grief, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders as they navigate their healthcare journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state LCSW license to practice is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is preferred, with specific expertise in CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and a strong understanding of unique community needs, including those of the LGBTQIA+ community and men's mental health.

• A commitment to maintaining professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
