This full-time, remote position is essential for our operations at the Hospice Center. Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment where communication and teamwork are key. While the standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, there may be occasional evening or weekend hours required based on the needs of patients. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is patients receiving hospice care, many of whom are experiencing significant psychological distress related to their diagnoses. In this climate, the LCSW will utilize expert knowledge in emotional and mental health to assess and provide solutions that improve the quality of life for patients and their families. By employing evidence-based practices and compassionate care, the LCSW will cater to the holistic needs of those in life-limiting situations.

• The base salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
