Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Congruent Psychiatric Services, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your key tasks will include:

• Documenting treatment progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring that clinical records are maintained accurately and updated as needed.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that all facets of a patient's well-being are addressed.
