Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account the nuances of each patient's psychiatric and medical history.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve patients experiencing co-occurring disorders, including individuals dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use issues. Your expertise will be vital in developing strategies to tackle the mental health struggles that accompany persistent medical conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the complex mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical issues.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
