Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults presenting with multifaceted health issues, including but not limited to chronic pain conditions, substance use disorders, and autoimmune diseases. By understanding and addressing the complex interactions between mental and physical health, you will help these patients navigate their challenges and lead healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients facing co-occurring mental and medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.

• The ability to uphold professional boundaries and adhere to ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting the invaluable contributions you are expected to make.
