Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize resilience and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to aid clients in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with clients who have faced trauma, including survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and those processing grief or loss. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
