Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate healing and growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, cultural backgrounds, and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care across the multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working within a counseling or mental health setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly , based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, our benefits package includes:
