This position is designed for professionals seeking a remote work setting while primarily serving clients in an outpatient office capacity. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for some evening hours based on client appointments. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing coordinated and holistic care, fostering collaboration across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use concerns, facilitating the identification of co-occurring disorders to inform treatment plans.

  Collaborate closely with each client to create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs in both mental health and substance use, leveraging evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment.

  Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients establish effective coping strategies, develop relapse prevention plans, and enhance emotional regulation skills.

  Coordinate ongoing care with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches that address complex client needs.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, which may be complemented by a sign-on bonus.
