As a member of our integrated care team, you will work primarily in a remote outpatient setting. While our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate the psychological effects of co-existing medical conditions on patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong proficiency in addressing mental health issues within the context of co-occurring medical conditions.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated care and effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sanity Family Care Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
