Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing treatment options and empowering them with self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach for clients.

• Stay informed on current research and developments in mood disorders, integrating new findings into treatment methodologies to enhance client care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
