This position operates in a fully remote work setting, with all team members collaborating through advanced telehealth technologies. While the work facility is an outpatient office in Austin, servicing clients virtually allows for flexibility to meet various patient needs effectively. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with possible scheduling adjustments based on client availability and care requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs through in-depth interviews and evidence-based testing, which serve as a foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing approaches to effectively address diverse psychological conditions.
