Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and professional relationships to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular appointments with clients to monitor their progress, discuss treatment goals, address concerns, and determine appropriate discharge timing.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for compliance and care continuity for each client.

• Carry out thorough intake assessments, gathering essential data to inform initial treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. As an LPC at Advantage Psychotherapy Services, you will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your role will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve improved mental wellness. The emphasis on delivering care in an outpatient setting means you will help clients develop coping strategies and skills while transitioning toward autonomy and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC license for the state of Texas, demonstrating your authority to provide counseling services.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, ensuring you possess essential skills to thrive in this role.

• Proficient in using technology, with comfort in navigating applications such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have experience with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Familiarity with navigating insurance processes can be beneficial, as it may enhance client service. Experience in group therapy settings is a plus, as team-based approaches can sometimes be integral to strategy implementation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our Fee-for-Service model ensures a guaranteed payment structure, allowing you to receive compensation in advance of collections, minimizing financial stress.
