Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, goals, and personal preferences, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families, focusing on mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
