Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care within the clinic.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to promote the clinic’s mission and secure partnerships that benefit our patient population.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and participation in relevant community meetings and task forces.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance overall clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMHC will primarily involve working with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Holds an independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
