Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to specialists when needed, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

You will serve a diverse clientele, working with individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

The annual salary for this position is USD 401,000.
