With operational hours extending from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, we provide a flexible schedule to accommodate both our staff and client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to various client populations.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
