Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ needs and mental health concerns, using evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven approaches to facilitate clients' healing journeys.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic and integrated care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss client progress and share insights that enhance therapeutic practices.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies to cope with challenges, empowering them in their mental health journey.

• Stay abreast of industry advancements and research in mental health to continuously incorporate evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, showcasing your foundational knowledge and skills.

• Active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona, reflecting your professional commitment and expertise.

• Demonstrable experience in employing solution-focused psychotherapy and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
