Although primarily remote, you will have access to an outpatient office as needed for in-person client sessions or team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining meticulous and confidential records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Facilitate outpatient psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s needs.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Post Master's Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as required, should you have completed the necessary supervision training.

• Provide crucial support to patients and their families by explaining treatment processes, offering guidance on adherence to therapeutic regimens, and fostering their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize community resources, public and private agencies to refer patients and their families to external support services when appropriate, reinforcing the holistic approach to mental health care.

• Participate actively in departmental program development initiatives, implementing and evaluating clinical treatment plans that directly address the needs of patients facing mental health challenges.

• Report safety concerns in accordance with mandated reporting policies to ensure patient safety and compliance with legal obligations.

• Engage in regular staff meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment strategies, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of programs conducted.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
