Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Holy Family & Marriage Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients that meet their unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually and in group settings for clients including individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the comprehensive care options available to clients, thereby improving treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops to stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
