Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states to inform personalized treatment strategies.

• Engage in detailed discussions with clients to evaluate their needs, issues, and therapeutic goals, and to craft effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Conduct couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and nurture healthier relationship dynamics.

• Regularly review treatment plans, adapting them as necessary to reflect clients' progress and shifts in their circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals when necessary to achieve holistic care for clients.

• In times of crisis, provide immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline is required.

• Must possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State Board.

• Skilled in timely completion of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans with a focus on detailed, clear documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
