Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Resilient Journey Counseling P.C., you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner, focusing on comprehensive family dynamics.

• Address diverse issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies to foster positive behavioral change and improve mental health outcomes.
\n
• Engage in thorough assessments to understand the needs and goals of clients, ensuring that therapy is adaptable to changing situations.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records to track progress and inform future sessions.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Your clients may include those dealing with trauma, blended family issues, communication difficulties, and medical concerns, among others. The focus is on holistic healing and promoting strong family units, making your work vital in advancing community mental health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is designed to attract talented professionals. The annual salary range for this position is USD 75,000–100,000, and we offer:
