Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments for couples and families and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, ensuring to address issues collectively as well as conducting individual sessions for each partner.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical and Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss
\n
• Family Conflicts and Sibling Rivalries
\n
• Medical Issues and Job Stress
\n
• Blended Families and Adjustments related to Separation or Divorce
\n
• Mother/Daughter conflicts and Communication Difficulties
\n
\n
• Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients through empathy, compassion, and active listening.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment updates in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and to improve overall health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will focus on diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with families navigating complex emotional and relational dynamics, particularly those dealing with challenges related to family structure, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n
