Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Resilient Journey Counseling, you will engage in various therapeutic practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address issues such as communication difficulties, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and approaches tailored to the dynamics of each family.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions when applicable and encouraging open discussions among participants.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to promote comprehensive care for clients.

• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Resilient Journey will focus on supporting a wide range of clients, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families facing separation or blended family dynamics, and individuals dealing with various mental health issues. You will provide specialized care for clients dealing with:

• Alcohol and substance abuse concerns.

• Emotional and psychological trauma from abuse.
\n
• Grief and bereavement situations.
\n
• Job-related stress and life transitions.
\n
• Complex family dynamics, including separation, divorce, and remarriage.

• Communication and interpersonal relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
