Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide immediate short-term psychotherapy for clients seeking outpatient mental health services, employing various techniques including case management, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

• Perform clinical services under the oversight of qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to established treatment guidelines.

• Offer therapy and counseling services, utilizing an array of modalities for individuals, families, and groups experiencing mental health challenges and dual disorders.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management techniques, and couple and family therapy.

• Utilize the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to perform assessments and determine appropriate levels of care for clients.

• Actively participate in consultations with other healthcare providers to collaboratively design and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and communications with other stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
