Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health conditions, creating effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring their progress towards achieving these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility challenges or other barriers to in-person visits.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clients seek support in navigating life's difficulties and are looking for therapists who can guide them through their personal healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences, demonstrating empathy and support.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads and associated administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience may vary, we value candidates who bring background knowledge of trauma-informed care and integrated treatment approaches. Experience providing teletherapy is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
