Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with treatment goals.

• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations by offering appropriate support and intervention during acute mental health emergencies.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and risk assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care that addresses both their mental and physical health needs.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and beneficial community resources, while acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
