Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify client needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, collaboratively working with clients to set achievable goals that reflect their cultural backgrounds and personal aspirations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, ensuring a seamless transition of care alongside other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with clinic policies and industry regulations.

• Educate clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• Engage in regular evaluations of treatment outcomes to assess effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of current mental health research and integrate new findings into practice to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse cultures.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, with proven expertise in trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
