Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough evaluations to gain a deep understanding of each client's unique mental health concerns, guiding the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide tailored individual therapy sessions, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients opting for virtual counseling, addressing barriers such as mobility, transportation, or geographical limitations.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress to meet ethical and regulatory standards, safeguarding confidentiality and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently without supervision: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth software and other relevant technologies for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual compensation in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
