Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Provide therapy sessions through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individual patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including clinical and progress notes, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and standards.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, guiding them towards stability and recovery.

• Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment strategies, including discharge planning based on psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with clients’ families and support systems to ensure a holistic understanding of the client’s needs and enhance treatment effectiveness.
