This position enables therapists to work remotely, offering flexibility and balanced work-life integration while delivering essential mental health services. Our team operates primarily during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that therapists can maintain a predictable schedule conducive to both personal and professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and practical self-care techniques to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize care.

• Work cohesively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to establish an integrated care approach that encompasses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Stay updated on the latest research in mood disorders to enrich therapeutic strategies and maintain high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety-related disorders, and bipolar disorder. This role requires a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological complexities that accompany these conditions, allowing you to foster therapeutic relationships that empower and uplift your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
