Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through one-on-one consultations.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust tailored treatment plans to best address clients' challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy, employing culturally sensitive and evidence-based approaches to foster a supportive healing environment.
\n
• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress, adapting therapeutic interventions as necessary to promote their mental wellness.
\n
• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialists when a client’s needs extend beyond your scope of practice.
\n
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system while ensuring compliance with all confidentiality regulations.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to share insights and collaborate on client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals facing a variety of challenges such as mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid and current state license as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
