This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments, identifying individual needs and crisis situations that require immediate intervention.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address behavioral issues, substance use disorders, and severe mental health conditions.

• Provide responsive crisis intervention and follow-up care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with the Department of Corrections and other agencies to facilitate patient access to mental health services, guaranteeing appropriate housing and treatment options.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in various treatment phases, providing supportive environments for healing and communication.

• Participate in clinical supervision sessions with a Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis, sharing insights and discussing case management strategies for continuous improvement.

• Engage in mental health and medical rounds as assigned, working with interdisciplinary teams to assess and address client needs effectively.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment journeys meticulously to uphold the standards of care and comply with regulatory requirements.
\n
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning discussions for patients receiving mental health services.
\n
• May conduct psychological testing and supervise social work interns or volunteers, sharing knowledge and skills to develop future mental health professionals.

• Assume additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership, adapting to the dynamic needs of the organization and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients, predominantly those incarcerated or at risk of incarceration, who require mental health support. Strong skills in understanding behavioral issues and severe mental illness, as well as experience in dealing with substance abuse, will be critical in delivering effective care. You will play a vital role in addressing the complex needs of this population, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and resources necessary for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.

• Candidate must possess a Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of five years of relevant, full-time, paid professional experience in direct client care within a behavioral health setting is required.
