Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individuals’ needs and goals when entering treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring a tailored approach for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders who are motivated to seek help and engage in their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and a recovery-oriented approach to treatment.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy specifically within the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
