Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being through interviews and established assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, goals, and progress.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy in one-on-one, group, or family therapy settings.

• Regularly monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations, while adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, facilitating access to urgent care and coordinating with other mental health professionals as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment environment.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including supervision, training opportunities, and staying informed on the latest trends and research in mental health treatment.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is mandatory.
