Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual or family.

• Facilitate counseling sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals and families, as well as group therapy when applicable.

• Administer mental health screenings and continue to fine-tune treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Document all clinical interactions and therapy sessions meticulously using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and enhance patient care.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation meetings to ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address holistic care needs, referring clients to other services as necessary.

• Perform additional duties and participate in organizational initiatives that promote community outreach and enhance the clinic’s services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
