In this role, you will work remotely, providing vital mental health support through an outpatient setting. Work Environment\n

This remote position allows therapists to have flexible work arrangements while remaining part of a dynamic outpatient office. Our therapists are provided with state-of-the-art technology to ensure seamless interaction with clients and collaboration with team members. The role demands adaptability and responsiveness to patient needs, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while allowing some flexibility as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and preferences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting interventions to lead clients toward their identified goals.
\n
• Organize and lead psychoeducational support groups to foster community and address common mental health challenges among participants.
\n
• Collaborate intensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities.

• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health therapy to enhance practice quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to support individuals across different life stages, providing tailored interventions to meet unique client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities and a thorough understanding of mental health diagnostics.
\n
• Demonstrated capability in conducting detailed mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in delivering therapy to both individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client engagement.
\n
• Strong ethical judgment and professionalism in managing client relationships.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
