Work Environment\n

This role takes place within a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to engage with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Working with our outpatient staff, you'll benefit from a robust infrastructure designed to support mental health professionals. Your role will occur from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as patient needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the needs and challenges of your patients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to each client.

• Lead psychoeducational sessions and support groups to promote awareness and community engagement around mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care for patients with complex mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals grappling with a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Engaging effectively with a diverse population, you will address the unique challenges faced by each patient, supporting them on their journey to recovery and mental wellness. Your empathetic approaches will foster an environment that encourages patients to open up and actively participate in their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Strong theoretical background in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Demonstrated competency in conducting mental health assessments and crafting individualized treatment strategies.

• Experience working with diverse populations, providing both individual and group therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Comfortable utilizing EHR systems and various computer applications for documentation and record-keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n
