Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge clients' individual needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive practices to engage and support clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community and understanding among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
