This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our telehealth platform ensures that you can deliver care from the comfort of your home while maintaining professional interactions with clients. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and clinical assessments, employing solution-focused interventions to design personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address various mental health conditions.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and integrity of data.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights to continually enhance care quality and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, facilitating understanding of mental health issues and available community resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
