Key Responsibilities\n

• Create comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Contribute to the growth of our client base by actively participating in building a referral network to attract new patients.

• Facilitate ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and support to clients, facilitating referrals to other services when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
