Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize effective mental health therapy techniques and interventions to address emotional and behavioral disorders for individuals and families.

• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments to develop customized initial discharge plans for clients.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions in line with established treatment plans.

• Create and implement treatment strategies based on assessments, coordinating additional services as needed and revising plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services following both facility and professional standards.

• Cultivate and manage a productive caseload tailored to your expertise and our client's needs.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure a collaborative approach to client care.

• Always demonstrate professionalism and empathy in interactions with clients and their families.

• Address and resolve any client complaints proactively, ensuring their needs are met comprehensively.

• Prioritize patient safety in all aspects of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• Current state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or eligibility for licensure in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required for this position, we prefer applicants with a demonstrated track record in working across the lifespan, including both adolescents and adults. Experience in telehealth service delivery is advantageous as we transition to this innovative care model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid parental leave and three weeks of vacation annually. Additionally, our therapists are eligible for annual stock awards and enjoy a practice setting that does not require on-call duties, nights, or weekends.
