Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate and effective responses to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, adhering to both ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for every client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for clients’ rights and needs as necessary.

• Continuously enhance your clinical skills and methodologies by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your goal will be to create a supportive and empathetic environment that encourages open communication and fosters trust, enabling clients to openly explore their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Hold at least a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
