This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging with clients in an outpatient office setting. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health conditions, and treatment readiness.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and peer support specialists, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to client care.

• Provide education and resources to clients' families to encourage their involvement in the recovery process and strengthen support systems.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.

The primary focus of our services is individuals struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.
