Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various techniques to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive approach to clients’ mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during acute mental health emergencies, leveraging your skills to stabilize situations effectively.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to increase mental health awareness, promote access to services, and educate the community on mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. This includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, from minor stressors to severe psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build therapeutic relationships and effectively interact with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for thorough documentation and treatment planning.

• Demonstrated ability to work sensitively and effectively with diverse populations, showing cultural awareness and competency.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling is required, we value candidates with additional experiences, such as:

Compensation and Benefits\n
